By making a reservation with us, you agree to comply with this policy.<\/p><hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. General Cancellation Policy<\/h3><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Free Cancellation Period:<\/h4><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days prior to the arrival date.<\/li>\n\n<li>If a cancellation is made within 7 days of the arrival date, a cancellation fee equivalent to the full booking amount will apply.<\/li><\/ul><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">No-Show Policy:<\/h4><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>If you fail to check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice, a one-night cancellation fee will be charged.<\/li>\n\n<li>Minerva Suites Malta reserves the right to cancel the remaining nights of the booking if no communication is received from the guest.<\/li><\/ul><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Stop Sale Policy:<\/h4><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Stop Sale requests may be issued by Minerva Suites Malta at any time and without conditions. Guests affected by Stop Sale will be notified via email or phone.<\/li><\/ul><hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Non-Refundable Bookings<\/h3><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>For certain rate plans or promotional offers labeled as non-refundable, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including cancellations, no-shows, or early departures.<\/li><\/ul><hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Modifications to Reservations<\/h3><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Change Requests:<\/h4><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Modifications to your booking, such as date changes or suite type adjustments, are subject to availability and rate differences.<\/li>\n\n<li>Requests for changes must be made at least 7 days prior to the arrival date.<\/li><\/ul><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Early Departures:<\/h4><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>No refunds will be issued for unused nights in case of early departure, unless otherwise specified in the booking terms.<\/li><\/ul><hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Payment Terms<\/h3><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Full payment may be required at the time of booking or at check-in, depending on the chosen rate plan.<\/li>\n\n<li>Guests must settle any outstanding balance at check-in, either by credit card or cash, unless prepayment has been arranged.<\/li><\/ul><hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Refund Policy<\/h3><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility for Refunds:<\/h4><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Refunds are processed only for cancellations made within the free cancellation period or in cases where Minerva Suites Malta is unable to honor a confirmed booking due to unforeseen circumstances.<\/li><\/ul><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refund Process:<\/h4><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the booking.<\/li>\n\n<li>Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your payment provider.<\/li><\/ul><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Non-Refundable Deposits:<\/h4><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Deposits collected for group bookings, events, or special promotions are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in the booking agreement.<\/li><\/ul><hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.
