Booking Terms<\/h3><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Availability<\/h4><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>All bookings are subject to suite availability. GreatStays Malta reserves the right to refuse bookings at our sole discretion.<\/li><\/ul><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Booking Confirmation<\/h4><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>A booking is considered confirmed only when a confirmation email is sent to you. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact our reservation team.<\/li><\/ul><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rates &amp; Pricing<\/h4><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Room rates are inclusive of VAT but exclude City Tax, which is payable directly by the guest upon check-in (as per local MTA regulation since 2016).<\/li>\n\n<li>Rates are subject to change without prior notice.<\/li>\n\n<li>Any changes in taxes or fees will be applied to your booking.<\/li><\/ul><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Payment Terms<\/h4><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Payment for bookings can be made online through our secure payment gateway. We accept major credit cards.<\/li>\n\n<li>Guests will be required to settle the existing balance upon check-in by cash or credit card unless prepayment has been arranged.<\/li><\/ul><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Check-In\/Check-Out<\/h4><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.<\/li><\/ul><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cancellation Policy<\/h4><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Reservations can be cancelled 7 days prior to the arrival date for free. Cancellations after this time will be charged at the full rate unless notified.<\/li>\n\n<li>In case of a \u201cno-show,\u201d a one-night cancellation fee will be due. GreatStays Malta reserves the right to cancel any remaining nights of the same guest\u2019s stay.<\/li><\/ul><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Stop Sale Policy<\/h4><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Stop Sale requests are accepted under no conditions and may be sent by the accommodation via email or phone.<\/li><\/ul><hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.
